Reservation Policy

The listed price includes 13% VAT as well as the “Climate Resilience Fee”, which amounts to €2.00 per night for stays between April and October, and €0.50 per night for stays between November and March.

Cancellation Policy

To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total accommodation cost is required. This deposit is paid upon booking and secures the reservation for the desired dates.

1. Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge and receive a full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

2. Cancellation Within 30 Days

For cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions, ferry travel restrictions) or other serious circumstances that make travel impossible, the property reserves the right to offer the guest alternative solutions, such as:

• Changing the reservation dates

• Issuing a credit voucher for a future stay

• Partial refund

4. Special Note on Delayed Arrival Due to Force Majeure

If the guest has booked, for example, a 4-night stay and is unable to arrive on the first day due to force majeure (e.g. ferry travel restrictions), they may arrive on the following day and use the deposit for the remaining nights of the reservation. In this case, the first night will not be charged. The deposit remains non-refundable but will be applied toward the nights actually stayed, covering 50% of the total booking.
